Note: Upon arrival, ask or look for Bryan (wearing a navy sports coat) by
the lobby bar to get you situated. The lobby bar will be open for you to get
your drinks and mingle with other Asian professional friends in the lobby
and outdoor pool side area.

As an alternate option to the X-Bar, if you wanted to step away from
networking and explore an alternate dining experience, “The Breeze Restaurant”
offers Sushi and an American Modern cuisine ($$$).  Reservations are not
required.  From the hotel front entrance turn left down the corridor until you
reach the restaurant host.

Q: This is somewhat new to me, what’s this occasion all about and
what can I expect?
A: Come with an open mind and have fun! This a social gathering similar
to a happy hour style except rather than complete strangers, everyone
there were exclusively invited by friends of friends in a fun, non-pretentious
and friendly environment. There may be consideration for inviting outside
guests who share common values.

Q: With the other events out there, why are you doing this?
A: My honest intentions are altruistic in nature to bring good people together
in a non-pressured and friendly fun way. I've been to many events, some better
than others and some have been either too crowded (quantity over quality of a
smaller group of individuals), overpriced food n' wine dinners and not necessarily
exclusive to those who share common values and interests.  I couldn’t find one
that suited what I was looking for so why not start one.

Q: At this type of venue, is there a cost to attend this event?
A: No charge. The intent is not to monetize off of friends, but rather it’s an opportunity
to bring good people together and each person would simply cover their own food and
drink cost plus tax and tip.

Q: How is this any different than a regular mixer?
A: The idea isn’t to re-invent the wheel to try and be vastly different but to provide
value for each person attending. If there’s interest to keep in touch, each person has the
option in doing so.

Q: What are the characteristics and demographics of the people attending?
A: All are friendly, unmarried good natured professionals open to meeting good people
and developing long term meaningful relationships.

Q: What if I will be arriving late and need to leave early?
A: We ask that you inform me so we can balance the ratio of men to women.
 
Q: Will there be other events planned?
A: Yes, but it depends on what people would like to experience. Based on interest levels
from the group, I may have an events list sent out via email bi-monthly so others can see
explore other future events to consider attending.

Q: Will there be music?
A: Usually there's background music suitable to compliment conversations in a
networking environment.
